What is the shipping fee?

Shipping is free for all your orders from Qualife.

With which cargo company will my order be sent?

All products sent from the central warehouse are sent with Horoz Logistics, Borusan Logistics, Ege Transportation and warehouse companies we have contracted with.

What time will my product be delivered?

By Horoz Logistics, Borusan Logistics and Aegean Transportation:

 Weekdays 09:00 - 18:00

 Delivery is made on Saturday between 09:00 - 13:00.

 No delivery on Sunday.

What should I do if my order arrives while I'm away?

If you cannot be found at the address you specified, the cargo company will deliver your package to the nearest branch.If you do not receive your package from the specified branch within 3 days, your order will be returned to our company.Will orders with multiple products be shipped at once? In order to deliver the products of our customers who order more than one product at once, we can send them separately in some cases.If you want to make cargo delivery in one go, it is enough to send your request with the Whatsapp contact button on the bottom right.

PAYMENT AND DELIVERY

The time we allow for delivery on our order form is 100% tolerant of the time we can deliver.

In case of any error at the specified address, a connection is made with the orderer regarding the order that cannot be delivered.

The validity of the e-mail address specified by our visitor is confirmed by the automatic e-mail sent after the order is transferred.

We have a responsibility to the bank, where we use the credit card system, as well as the customer, for the realization of the delivery.
